Anna will be co-coaching with Lainey during the 8 weeks!
Anna comes to Lainey Younkin Nutrition, LLC with over 9 years of experience in the field of nutrition. She is an effective coach & educator on healthy eating and lifestyle behaviors with a strong focus on chronic disease management and weight loss/management. She leverages her training in health coaching to help clients create meaningful and lasting change to their diets and health.
She lives by her food philosophy, which is one where all foods fit. The secret isn’t deprivation; it’s about finding that healthy balance of foods that support good health with foods that we just simply enjoy.
She acknowledges that everyone brings their own experiences, challenges, and perspectives to the table. So, she meets you where you're at and collaborates with you to develop a plan that fits your lifestyle, values, interests, and goals because this is the plan most likely to work and stick!

We teach you what science-based weight loss looks like AND hold you accountable to making the simple habit changes needed to get lasting results.
Other programs focus on restriction and all the things you can't eat. We teach you all of the things you CAN eat and should be eating to get results. No foods or drinks are off limits here.
This program is all about sustainable eating and exercise habits. Because if you can't keep up with nutrition and exercise changes long-term, your results won't be long-term either.

The live group coaching calls will be on 6/7, 6/14, 6/20, 6/27, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1.
The live meal planning sessions will be Thursdays from 12-12:30 pm EST.
The live workout session is TBD.
All calls are optional and will be recorded and available for replay.
On average, clients lose 5-10 lbs, but this depends on many factors such as lifestyle, genetics, and if you actually do the work. While this may not seem like a jaw-dropping amount, remember we are doing this the slow, sustainable way. This is not a diet where you'll drop a lot of weight and then gain it back. We'll help you make changes that ensure you keep the weight off.
The scale is just one measurement we'll use. The scale can't measure fat or how you feel, so we will use other ways to measure progress too like measurements, progress photos, how your clothes fit, and how you feel.
Yes and no.
You will have 1:1 access to your registered dietitian through the Healthie app. She will review the photos from your food journal and give feedback on your meals once a week.
While there are no 1:1 coaching calls included in this program, you can add 1:1 coaching calls if you feel you need more support during the program. Email us at lainey@laineyyounkin.com to do so. These calls may or may not be covered by insurance, depending on where you live and which health insurance you have.
Absolutely! This program will set you up with a framework for how to build a balanced plate with simple meal planning strategies.
